Article III Section 2 TERMS OF OFFICE:  The term of office of each Board Member shall be three (3) years.  The term shall be staggered, with 1/3 of the Board of Directors being elected each year.  The new Board of Directors shall take office after the end of the summer skating and prior to the start of fall skating.  A board member may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.
