Hello Skaters and Parents!

The new season is in full swing and we're off to a great start! New members, don't ever hesitate to contact a board member, coach, or another skater if you have any questions! We were in your shoes once too!

Be sure we have your current e-mail address for news and updates. We communicate quite frequently via e-mail. Then, be sure to check your e-mail and the website (CIFSC.net) for updates, changes, and information on upcoming competitions and test sessions.

CD/Rink Monitor News

We have had many "no-shows" for CD playing already this year and the board feels that there needs to be some consequences.It is extremely important that we have a rink monitor in case of emergencies and someone to play CDs.Because this is your club, we want to hear from you. PLEASE complete the enclosed survey and return it to the CIFSC mailbox at the rink or mail it to our P.O. Box. Your opinion is important to us and we want to make decisions based on the majority of the members' opinions.We appreciate your help in making decisions that affect the entire membership.

Board Nominations

Would you like to make a difference? Want to share your ideas on how to make our club even better? If so, please consider running for a board position. Board members meet once a month to work on club business. They also chair committees based on their areas of expertise - and have a little fun on the side! If you are interested in being on the ballot, or know of someone who is, please let a board member know or put a note in the club's mailbox.

Showbook Ads needed

Please start thinking about names of businesses to contact for showbook ads. If you know of a business you think would be willing to place an ad in the showbook for the Ice Show, please contact Sherri Moscinski.
